The UNESCO Chair in Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue for South-East Europe and the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy invite you to a talk and discussion about the current sitution for civil rights organisations in Georgia and Hungary.
Participants are Shota Dighmelashvili from the GovernanceMonitoring Centre in Georgia and Philip Pollák from the UNITED for Intercultural Action Network in Hungary.
Participants will provide an insight both into the legal situation and changes that are currently unfolding due to new laws being introduced in both countries as well as the practical perspective of the ramifications for civil rights organisations and citicens on the ground.
The event is moderated by Lisa Heschl from the ETC/University Graz.
